How to Set Up Your Patient Portal
Creating an Account
We have sent an e-mail to your inbox with the subject line ”Portal login information from your doctors office” from the sender address no-reply@eclinicalmail.com. This includes your username, a link to the portal, and setup instructions.
If you have multiple children, you will have different logins for each of them, but can connect accounts to one parent account and toggle between children.
You will need your phone number and your child’s date of birth to complete the setup and it must match the information provided for the patient’s chart
Tip: Check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox!
Accessing The Portal
You can access the portal at any time by visiting our website and clicking the Portal button or by visiting health.healow.com/ConciergePediatrics. If you cannot remember your password after setting up your account, check back for your original e-mail or click “trouble logging in” on the portal homepage.
Viewing Your Lab Results
Via Desktop: New labs will show on your child’s account dashboard/home screen. To view lab results a second or third time, click Medical Records on the left side of the portal and choose Lab/Diagnostic Reports.
Via Healow app: To view labs, click My Records on the wheel and then Results on the next screen. Letters and test results can only be printed from a desktop device.
