A few important details to keep things fair for everyone: This referral program runs from May 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026. To qualify, the new family must complete the referral form at the time of joining. Referrals cannot be applied retroactively, and only one referring family/person can be listed per form. The referred family must officially enroll and make their first membership payment before the referral is considered complete. Referred members must be from a family/household that is new to the practice. This offer is not available to members who are already receiving discounted rates or participating in special programs, and it can’t be combined with any other promotions. Once all requirements are met, the referring family will receive one complimentary month of membership for one child, applied at the time of their next renewal.
